蔵王チーズで知られる【一般財団法人蔵王酪農センター】さんと、昔ながらの飴づくりを大切にする当社にて共同開発した、新しいコラボレーションの『蔵王山麓チーズ飴』。
蔵王の自然と職人の技が詰まった、特別な逸品「蔵王山麓バター飴」が、このたび新発売となりました。
使用しているのは、蔵王の新鮮な生乳からつくられた特製の「蔵王山麓バター」。
クリーミーでまろやか、そして深みのあるコクを持つこのバターを、飴の生地に贅沢に練り込んでいます。香料・乳化剤は使用せず、素材本来の豊かな風味を活かしているため、口に含むとやさしい甘みと芳醇な香りがふわりと広がります。また、飴の中心には空気をたっぷり含ませた「引き飴製法」を採用。
外はなめらかに、噛めばサクサクと軽やかな食感が楽しめる、やみつきになる一粒です。コクがありながらも後味はすっきりとしており、飽きのこない味わいに仕上がっています。
1袋には約16～18粒入り。すべて個包装されているので、持ち歩きにも便利で、仕事や勉強の合間のリフレッシュタイム、お子さまのおやつ、お茶請けとしてもぴったり。日常のささやかなご褒美に、そっと寄り添ってくれる飴です。

【Zao Foothills Butter-Ame】
This new candy collaboration was jointly developed by the Zao Dairy Center, a general incorporated foundation known for Zao cheese, and Zao no Mukashiame Honpo, a company that values traditional candy making.
A special product filled with the nature of Zao and the craftsmanship of its artisans, “Zao Foothills Butter-Ame” has just been released.
It uses special “Zao Sanroku Butter” made from fresh raw milk from Zao.
This creamy, smooth, and rich butter is generously kneaded into the candy dough. No flavorings or emulsifiers are used, and the natural rich flavor of the ingredients is utilized, so when you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness and mellow aroma spreads softly.
In addition, the candy is made using the “hikiame method,” which allows the center of the candy to be filled with plenty of air.
The outside is smooth, and when you bite into it, you can enjoy a light, crunchy texture that will have you hooked. It has a rich flavor, but with a clean aftertaste, making it a taste you will never tire of.
Each bag contains about 16 to 18 pieces. They are all individually wrapped, so they are easy to carry around, and are perfect for refreshing yourself between work or study, as a snack for children, or as a snack with tea. These candies are a great way to enjoy a little reward in your daily life.
