🌇 雨上がりの空に咲く、あの桜へ
こんばんは、飴屋のかんばん娘です。
昨日（１４日）は朝からずっと雨が降っていて、桜を見に行くにはちょっと残念なお天気。
それでも、夕方の仕事を終える頃には、雲の切れ間から青空がのぞいてきました。
「もしかして、今なら…」
そう思ったら、いてもたってもいられなくて、
終業と同時に飴屋を飛び出しました。
🌸創業60周年の桜、もう一度
向かった先は、大河原公園。
先週の土曜日に、社長が行った先――
創業60周年を記念して植えた、あの桜の様子を、どうしてもこの目で見たくなって。
公園に着くと、雨上がりの青空の下で、
その桜は、しっかり成長した枝を広げながら、
まるで誇らしげに咲いているように見えました。

🌸白石川沿い、桜のトンネル
その足で、大河原公園沿いの白石川まで足をのばしてみました。
桜並木はちょうど満開。
雨に洗われた花びらが、夕暮れの光にほんのり照らされていて、
まるで静かな桜のトンネルの中を歩いているようでした。
どこからか聞こえてくるペットとの散歩の足音が、
この時期ならではの“桜を楽しむ時間”を感じさせてくれます。
🌸ライトアップの夜、にぎわう祭り
帰り道、おおがわら桜まつりのライトアップ会場にも立ち寄ってみました。
夜桜の下には、家族連れやカップル、カメラを構える人たちの姿も。
やわらかな灯りに照らされた桜が水面に映り、
どこを見ても“春のきらめき”でいっぱいでした。
また来年も、この道を歩けますように――
そんな気持ちで、帰り道の桜を振り返りました。

【🌇 To those cherry blossoms blooming in the sky after the rain】
Hello, I’m the signboard girl from the Ame-shop girl.
It had been raining all day yesterday, which was a bit of a shame for going to see the cherry blossoms.
Still, by the time I finished work in the evening, a patch of blue sky peeked through the clouds.
“Maybe now…” I thought, and couldn’t stay sitting still,
so I dashed out of the candy shop as soon as work finished.
【🌸60th Anniversary Cherry Blossoms, Once Again】
Our destination was Ogawara Park.
The place where the president had gone last Saturday –
I really wanted to see with my own eyes the cherry tree that had been planted to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the company’s founding.
When we arrived at the park, under the blue sky after the rain,
the tree looked as if it was blooming proudly,
spreading its well-grown branches.

I then walked over to the Shiroishi River along Ogawara Park.
The cherry blossom trees were in full bloom.
The petals washed by the rain were softly illuminated by the evening light,
making it feel as if I was walking through a quiet tunnel of cherry blossoms.
The sound of footsteps of people walking their pets from somewhere made me feel like it was time to enjoy the cherry blossoms, a time that is unique to this time of year.

On the way back, we stopped by the Ogawara Cherry Blossom Festival’s light-up venue.
Beneath the cherry blossoms at night, we could see families, couples, and people with cameras.
The softly lit cherry blossoms were reflected on the water’s surface,
and everywhere you looked, there was the “sparkle of spring.”
I hope I can walk this path again next year.
With that feeling in mind, I looked back at the cherry blossoms on my way home.
